Shobha is an international executive, life, mindfulness, self-awareness and resilience coach, and senior faculty of The Art of Living & the International Association for Human Values.
For over 20 years she has worked on projects of social change, educating and empowering persons from all walks of life. Shobha led and coordinated international projects on social impact leading teams of thousands, and reaching over 500,000 people globally through meditation, stress management, and leadership programs.

TRAUMA RELIEF
After living through the Gujarat earthquake in January, 2001, decided to dedicate my life to service & taught over 200 trauma relief workshops.
